1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Suspension & Closure

na777ya11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• A player's account being identified as belonging to an individual under 18 years of age
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the na777ya11 Responsible Gaming policy
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a regulatory authority

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their na777ya11 account voluntarily — either permanently or temporarily under a self-exclusion arrangement — may do so by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 8.2 Effect of Closure

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, na777ya11's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. na777ya11 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
